Who leads the work
Our team
Every engagement is staffed with senior practitioners chosen for your problem and your sector, and led from the first meeting to the final handover by the same partner. No juniors learning on your budget. No bench to keep busy.

How we are built
A senior network, not a pyramid
For most of our history Kairos ran as a fixed team of consultants. We changed that deliberately, and it is the main reason clients get the people their problem actually calls for rather than the people who happened to be free.
Working this way since2020
- 01
Assembled for your problem
For each engagement we bring together the practitioners whose sector and discipline match what you are trying to fix. A pharma packaging line and a bank’s back office do not need the same people, and we do not pretend otherwise.
- 02
Senior only
Everyone who walks onto your site has run operations, led improvement programmes or certified belts before. Nobody learns the method at your expense.
- 03
One accountable partner
The partner who scopes the work leads it to the end. You are never sold by one person and then handed to a delivery team you have never met.
- 04
Scales with the programme
A single diagnostic or a rollout across four plants — the team sizes itself to the work, instead of the work being sized to fit the team.
A firm with a bench has to keep the bench busy. We do not have that problem, and so neither do you.
The network
What the network brings
Described in aggregate, because who joins your team depends on what you need.
Disciplines
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and Black Belts
- Former plant, operations and supply chain directors
- Change management and organisational design specialists
- Innovation and R&D practitioners
- Digital transformation, data and AI specialists
What stands behind it
A firm, not a freelancer
The network is how we staff an engagement. This is what it is attached to.
A registered firm since 2004
Kairos Management XXI S.L., based in Barcelona and delivering across 29 countries. Twenty-two years under the same name.
Methods of our own
The BEACONS behavioural model for innovation capability, and productised Kaizen formats such as the Energy and Raw Materials Treasure Hunts. Twenty-two years of accumulated method, not borrowed slides.
A track record you can check
More than 1,200 projects coached and over 4,000 professionals trained. Recent clients include Magnera, PreZero, Serveo and Johns Manville Europe; across two decades the list also runs to Airbus, Siemens, BASF and BBVA.
Work that comes back
Most engagements come from people we have already worked with, or from someone they told. For a firm our size that is the only sales channel worth having.
Want to know who would actually work on your problem?
Tell us what you are trying to fix. We will tell you who we would put on it and why, before you commit to anything.
