Who is responsible for your data
- Data controller: Kairos Management XXI S.L.
- Tax ID (CIF): {{PENDING: CIF}}
- Address: c/ Marmella 2b L2, 08023 Barcelona, Spain
- Contact for data protection matters: fotis@kairosmanagement.com
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and the message itself.
We do not collect data through analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media plug-ins, because this website does not use any.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- To keep a record of the commercial relationship, where one arises. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete your data within twelve months of our last contact. If it does, we keep the records for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. It may be processed on our behalf by service providers acting as data processors under contract — specifically our website hosting provider and our email provider. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.
International transfers
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to fotis@kairosmanagement.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Security
This website is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
